OxiCellZyme and Plantadophilus are the two core digestive maintenance products we recommend. The key here is maintenance. Other products are then used on an as needed/wanted basis for specific situations. Here are some examples:
DigestZyme is often used with or in place of OxiCellZme to either enhance the supplemental digestive process along with the OxiCellZyme or, in rare cases, a person may be allergic to one of the herbs in the OxiCellZyme, so DigestZyme is suggested instead.
LypoZyme has a high quantity of lipase, which is what helps to digest fat. Some people have more difficulty with fats. In these cases LypoZyme can be added to the core maintenenace products to assist in this area.
GastroZyme is often added for gastric relief in cases where there is chronic indigestion or heartburn. GastroZyme is often used in conjunction with OxiCellZyme (or DigestZyme) in order to help assist and expedite the elimination of gastric distress when a person is just starting a digestive enzyme regimen. GastroZyme acts to soothe and heal the intestinal muccosa which may have been damaged from years of digestive abuse. Once a person has gotten underway with a consistent enzyme regimen (45-60 days), the need for GastroZyme often subsides or disappears.
