General questions relating to the application and use of supplemental digestive enzymes

    5. Does it hurt or inhibit the effectiveness of the enzymes if I take chromium picolinate, glucosomine or any herb supplements such as St. John's Wort? And what about Fibercon? - Top

No there are no known inhibition effects on the supplemental digestive enzymes from any of the above. However, the digestive enzymes may be beneficial in helping to "deliver" these other suplements by helping to break them down thus making their nutrients more bioavailable to the body.
